We research on imaging techniques and machine learning algorithms for detection of human diseases and prediction of clinical outcomes, being funded by National Research Foundation, Brain Korea 21, and Key Research Institutes in Universities.

2020.06. 우리 연구실이 참여하는 대학중점연구소 지원사업이 선정되었습니다. 본 사업은 약학과 류인균 교수 (연구책임자), 휴먼기계바이오공학부 신태훈 교수, 의학과 임수미 교수 (이대서울병원장), 약학과 이정연 교수, 뇌인지과학과 윤수정 교수 등이 참여하여 뇌과학 분야 첨단 융합연구를 수행할 예정입니다.

2020.02. 우리 연구실에서 제안한 '자유호흡 3차원 심장자기공명영상 개발' 과제가 2020 한국연구재단 중견연구자사업에 선정되어 3년간 총 3억원의 연구지원을 받게되었습니다.
2019.04. Our journal paper entitled "Improved acceleration of phase-contrast flow imaging with magnitude difference regularization" was published in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
2019.03. 우리 연구실에서 제안한 '고해상도 대뇌 혈관벽 자기공명영상기술 개발' 과제가 2019 한국연구재단 기본연구 지원사업에 선정되어 1년간 5천만원의 연구지원을 받게되었습니다.

2017.09. Dr Shin joined Ewha W. University, Division of Mechanical & Biomedical Eng, and opened the lab.
